What is potassium sodium hydrogen citrate and what is it used for:
It is an alkaline citrate used in the treatment of kidney stones.
Do not take potassium sodium hydrogen citrate:
Hypersensitivity to potassium hydrogen citrate
you have heart problems (congestive heart problems)

Tell your doctor or pharmacist about all the medicines you take, including prescription and over-the-counter medicines, vitamins, and herbal supplements.
aldosterone antagonists (epleron, spirinolactone), ACE inhibitors (perindopril, lisinopril),
NSAIDs (ibuprofen, diclofenac) and peripheral analgesics reduce the release of potassium through the kidneys.
Medications containing citrate, given simultaneously with those containing aluminum, may enhance aluminum absorption.
If these medications must be taken between adoptions they should be at least two hours apart.
How to take potassium sodium hydrogen citrate:
Adults and children over 12 years old
For reconstitution of urine stones and prevention of recurrence: take 4 tablespoons (= 10 g granules) per day,
Divided into 3 doses after meals: drink 1 scoop every morning and 1 scoop at noon and 2 scoops every night after meals.
To prevent the return of calcium stones:
The daily dose should be 2-3 scoops (= 5-7.5g granules) taken once in the evening.
If pH is too low to take 3-4.5 scoops (= 7.5-11.25g granules), divided into 2-3 doses during the day
Usage instructions:
The granules should be dissolved in a glass of water and then drunk.
Urine pH measurement: Immediately before receiving each dose, hold a strip of test paper, which is included in the package, hold it with a clip (also included) and soak it in fresh urine.
Then compare the color of the wet strip to the color chart and read what is printed under the color corresponding to the pH.
So read the pH and how many spoonfuls of granules are drunk, and it is recorded on the control calendar
