Composition:

• Calcium carbonate: 1500 mg
• (Equivalent to 600 mg of elemental calcium)

Warning:

This medication should not be taken within two hours of eating foods rich in oxalic acid (such as spinach and rhubarb):

• oxalic acid (such as spinach and rhubarb)
• Phosphate (such as bran)
• Phytic acid (such as whole grains)

Method of administration:

• Adults and children 2 tablets per day
• One tablet in the morning and one tablet in the evening before, during or after meals
