The drug Esopole belongs to a class of medications known as proton pump inhibitors, which work to reduce the amount of acid produced in the stomach.

Uses of Esopole: 

• Treatment and relief of symptoms of erosive esophagitis associated with gastroesophageal reflux disease for short periods of time (up to 8 weeks).
• Maintaining the recovery from erosive esophagitis, as Omeprazole helps to maintain the integrity of the esophagus after it has been inflamed, and reduces the risk of heartburn recurrence both during the day and at night.
• It is used as a long-term treatment for pathological hypersecretion of the stomach.
• Isopole is sometimes used to treat indigestion and stomach bacteria.

 Contraindications for using Isoprolol: 

The use of Isopole medication is prohibited in the following cases:

• People who are hypersensitive to it, or to one of the substances used in the manufacture of various pharmaceutical forms Isopol. 
• "People who are hypersensitive to other types of proton pump inhibitors, such as omeprazole, lansoprazole, and others."
• Children under 5 years old

Store this medication at a temperature below 25 degrees Celsius, away from moisture and direct sunlight.

How to use Esopole: 

•  Take one capsule daily with a large glass of water.
• It is recommended to take the medication before eating on an empty stomach.
• The treatment duration may last up to 14 days.
• Do not chew or crush the capsule.

Warnings and precautions:

• Esomeprazole increases the risk of osteoporosis with long-term treatment or at high doses.
• Esomeprazole increases the risk of diarrhea associated with Clostridium bacteria. 
• Increased risk of gastroenteritis.
• Acute kidney inflammation was observed in patients undergoing long-term treatment with proton pump inhibitors.
• Proton pump inhibitors reduce the effect of clopidogrel.
