How it works:

Helps improve sleep in the following conditions:

• Primary insomnia (insomnia without a secondary cause)
• Age-related insomnia
• Time difference
• Shift work
• Post-traumatic brain injury
• Neurological disorders

Instructions for use:

• Use the product exactly as described in this leaflet.
• The recommended dosage is one capsule taken daily by mouth, after food, 1-2 hours before bedtime.
• This dose may last up to thirteen weeks

Warnings and precautions:

• Avoid using the product if you are hypersensitive to melatonin or any of its ingredients.

Drug interactions:

Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are currently taking or have recently taken any medications, especially:

• Nervous system medications: Such as fluvoxamine (for depression), psoralen (for skin disorders), carbamazepine (for epilepsy), thioridazine and imipramine (for schizophrenia and depression).
• Gastrointestinal and hormone medications: Such as cimetidine (for the stomach), estrogen (for contraception or hormone replacement therapy).
• Antibiotics and antivirals: such as quinolone and rifampicin (for bacterial infections).
• Heart and blood pressure medications: Such as vasoconstrictors, nasal decongestants, and blood pressure lowering medications.
• Tranquilizers and hypnotics: Such as zaleplon, zolpidem, and zopiclone.
• Other medicines: NSAIDs, tryptophan, alcohol, and opioid agonists/antagonists used to treat addiction.
