Moxican 400 mg 7 Tablets :

Moxican 400 mg tablets should be used only to treat these infections when usual antibiotics cannot be used or have not worked, such as:

• Sinus inflammation.
• Long-term bronchial inflammation.
• Lung infection (pneumonia) acquired outside the hospital (except severe cases).
• Mild to moderate infections in the female reproductive system.

How to use:

Always take this medicine exactly as your doctor told you.

Consult your doctor or pharmacist if you are unsure.

Moxifloxacin tablets are taken by mouth.

Swallow the tablet whole (to hide the bitter taste) with plenty of fluids.

You can take moxifloxacin with or without food.

Try to take the tablet(s) at about the same time each day.

The length of time you will take moxifloxacin depends on the type and severity of your infection. The recommended dose for adults is 400 mg once daily.

It is important to complete the course of treatment even if you start feeling better after a few days.

Doses may be changed in special cases, so always follow your doctor’s or pharmacist’s instructions.

If you take more medicine than you should, talk to a doctor or go to the hospital immediately.

If you forget to take a dose, take it as soon as you remember unless it is time for the next dose. Do not take a double dose (two doses at the same time) to make up for a missed dose.
